Em análise na Câmara dos Deputados, o texto altera o Código de Processo Penal.
“Muitos magistrados que atuam no âmbito penal são constantemente ameaçados de morte ou assassinados em razão da função que desempenham e, na maioria dos casos, precisam lidar com pessoas de alta periculosidade”, justifica o deputado Félix Mendonça Júnior (PDT-BA), autor da proposta.
Tramitação
A proposta será analisada em caráter conclusivo pela Comissão de Constituição e Justiça e de Cidadania.
